The menu runs four regular bowls: tonkotsu, miso, shoyu, and a rotating vegan option that changes with the season. The broth simmers for twenty hours minimum. The noodles are fresh. There is no table service and no reservations. Order at the counter and find a seat. The space holds about twenty people, and the turnover moves quickly. The kitchen closes when the broth runs out, which most days happens around seven. It is a good solo-diner spot. The bar seating along the window faces the river. Cash preferred; cards accepted.
